Licensing & Disclosures
Company Licensing
Sunrise Lending originates mortgage loans through Morty, Inc. (Nationwide Multistate Licensing System ID #1429243), our mortgage-platform partner. We are currently licensed to originate loans in Michigan (see Licensed States below); additional states will be listed here as licenses are issued. For verified company-licensing information, reach out to ryan@sunrise.loans.

Licensed States
We are currently licensed to originate loans in Michigan. We can only broker a loan secured by property in a state where we hold a license. If your property is elsewhere, we cannot take your application — contact us and we will tell you when that changes.
As we are licensed in additional states, they will be listed here.
Loan Originators
Loans are originated by Alexander Goode, a licensed mortgage loan originator (NMLS #2840464), and any additional originators associated with Sunrise Lending, each of whom holds their own NMLS registration and the state licenses required for the jurisdictions they serve. You can verify any originator’s credentials at nmlsconsumeraccess.org.
Equal Credit Opportunity
Sunrise Lending complies with the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), which prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age (provided the applicant has the capacity to contract), the applicant’s receipt of income derived from any public-assistance program, or the applicant’s exercise of any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
Fair Housing
We support the principles of the Fair Housing Act. We do not discriminate in the provision of residential mortgage financing or related services on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or disability.
Equal Housing Opportunity.
